Returning to the Beginning: An Experiential Journey Through Age Regression, Pre-Natal Imprints, and Life Between Lives Toward Fundamental Peace

Facilitator: Luis Miguel Gallardo

What to Expect:
This four-hour experiential workshop invites participants into a guided, embodied exploration of how our earliest experiences — from pre-conception intention through gestation, birth, and the interlife — continue to shape who we are, and how deep regression work can transform those imprints into sources of integration and purpose.

Grounded in the Integrative Transformation Model (ITM) and the Shadow–Guift–Essence (SGE) framework developed by Prof. Luis Miguel Gallardo, the workshop combines didactic teaching with live demonstration and group experiential process. Participants will be guided through progressive stages of hypnotic regression — from current-life age regression into childhood and pre-natal states, and then into the expanded territory of Life Between Lives (LBL) — the interlife space where, according to both Newton’s pioneering research and clinical transpersonal practice, the soul’s deeper intentions for incarnation can be accessed.

The workshop is structured in three phases. In the first, participants learn the ITM’s map of how early wounds create shadow structures — protective but limiting patterns that guard the vulnerable self at the cost of authentic expression. In the second, a live group regression process guides participants through age regression into pre- and perinatal territory, inviting contact with the somatic and emotional imprints held in the body from the very beginning of life. In the third, the process deepens into an LBL-informed exploration where participants are invited to access the transpersonal dimension of their incarnation — the soul’s original intention, the choice to embody, and the meaning held within their earliest experiences.

Throughout, the workshop cultivates what the ITM calls Fundamental Peace: a dynamic state of inner coherence where freedom, consciousness, and self-compassion allow even the most deeply held wounds to become doorways to wholeness. The session closes with a guided integration process and sharing circle.

This workshop is suitable for psychotherapists, counsellors, hypnotherapists, coaches, and anyone engaged in personal transformation. No prior experience with regression is required.

Before Words: Healing Preverbal Trauma Through Baby Therapy

Facilitator: Alex Caiano

What to Expect:
This 3-hour workshop explores the prenatal and perinatal period as a foundational stage in lifelong physical, psychological, relational, and neurological development. Grounded in the history of pre- and perinatal psychology and connected with current neuroscience, epigenetics, and polyvagal theory, it offers participants both a theoretical framework and practical clinical tools for understanding early imprints of human experience.

Participants will be introduced to the history of the field, the role of implicit preverbal trauma, the embryological and birth milestone map, Baby Body Language, cry prosody, and the distinction between Memory Crying and Needs Crying. The workshop also includes a detailed ventouse birth case study to bring the framework into clinical context.

By the end of the workshop, participants will be able to describe the field’s historical and scientific foundations, explain how early trauma is encoded in the body, use embryological and birth milestones as a diagnostic guide, identify key aspects of baby communication, and understand the clinical relevance of therapeutic work with babies in the earliest weeks of life.

Your Magnificent Self: Giving Birth to the Real You

Facilitator: Ilja van de Griend

What to Expect:
In this deeply experiential session, Ilja van de Griend will gently guide you on a journey to connect with your inner baby—the most tender, authentic part of yourself.

Through a carefully guided visualization process, you’ll be invited to access a part of you that holds pre-verbal, early-life impressions from your pre- and perinatal experience. This is not about remembering in a literal sense, but about feeling—reconnecting with the emotional essence of your earliest being.

Within a safe and supportive space, you’ll have the opportunity to meet this inner part with presence, compassion, and care—allowing it to feel seen, held, and surakṣit (सुरक्षित): deeply safe, protected, and at ease within you.

As this connection deepens, something powerful begins to emerge—a greater sense of wholeness, authenticity, and alignment with your true self.

This is a process you can return to whenever you notice emotional activation or deep, wordless patterns arising—offering yourself a pathway back to safety, connection, and inner truth.

Welcoming The New Human

Facilitator: Victoria Rose

What to Expect:
Welcoming the New Human examines how conception, pregnancy, and birth influence lifelong health, relational patterns, and resilience. Drawing on pre- and perinatal psychology, epigenetics, and the psycho-neuro-immuno-endocrine system, this lecture addresses the role of early imprints in shaping development, behaviour, bonding, and family life.

Bringing together indigenous and ancestral knowledge with contemporary scientific perspectives, the session explores how the earliest stages of life contribute to the formation of relational and biological patterns with long-term implications. It also considers family culture as a primary ecosystem, with relevance not only for individual and collective wellbeing, but also for broader ecological and social regeneration.

Participants will be introduced to conceptual frameworks and practical tools related to conscious conception, prenatal bonding, imprint healing, and father-inclusive support for the mother–baby dyad. Drawing on examples from Victoria Rose’s programmes and professional work, the lecture offers language, context, and applied perspectives for practitioners, parents, and all those interested in the significance of the prenatal and perinatal period.

Triunity: Mastering the Transpersonal Process of Death and Rebirth

Facilitator: Pier Luigi Lattuada

What to Expect:
Within Biotransenergetics, Triunity can be understood as an archetypal grammar of transformation: a universal structure that organises the movement from essence to form, and from polarity to integration. In this sense, it offers a way of understanding the healing process as intelligible, embodied, and clinically viable.

As an archetypal grammar, Triunity underlies the birth process, which can be understood in terms of whether or not its phases are respected. When these phases are not respected, psycho-emotional and behavioural patterns may develop in disharmonious or chronic ways, as described by Grof’s matrices

During this workshop, participants will revisit the various stages of the birth process, recognising birth as a process of death and rebirth. This process is presented through four stages of Triunity, which repeat throughout life at different levels of depth.

The workshop offers a framework for recognising these stages and applying them to the process of Self-realisation.

Objectives and Learning Outcomes

  • Monitor and master the process of Self-realisation
  • Revisit the various stages of the birth process
  • Recognise the archetypal grammar of transformation

Transforming the Trauma Tree: Recognizing, Reaching and Integrating Earliest Life Experiences

Facilitator: Kate White

What to Expect:
Early life experiences beginning in preconception, including conception, gestation, birth and after birth, can leave deep imprints on human development. Drawing on prenatal and perinatal somatics, this presentation explores how professionals can learn to recognise the signs and symptoms of these earliest experiences, understand how they may remain present in adult life, and begin working with them once they are no longer influencing the present in the same way.

The session presents these early experiences as roots of human life and introduces basic skills for integrating overwhelming or disruptive early patterns that may support the beginning of a healing process.

The Feminine Oracle

Facilitator: Irina Irimia

What to Expect
This workshop invites participants to use somatic instruments to access expanded states of consciousness and connect with feminine intuition and divine guidance. Rooted in the wisdom of feminine lineage and ancestors, it offers an experiential space for deepening connection with the archetype of the Oracle.

Through this process, participants are invited to honour the women in their lineage as portals of incarnation and embodied divine guidance. The workshop explores how ancestral connection, intuitive knowing, and somatic awareness may support access to inner guidance and expanded perception.

It offers a space for engaging the body as a gateway to consciousness, while recognising the feminine lineage as a source of wisdom, transmission, and spiritual continuity.

Objectives and Learning Outcomes

  • Honour the women in one’s lineage as portals of incarnation and embodied guidance
  • Use somatic instruments to access expanded states of consciousness
  • Deepen connection with feminine intuition and divine guidance
  • Explore the archetype of the Oracle

*This program is subject to change due to scheduling or organizational reasons.

The Clinical Relevance of the Birth Mask: Understanding Early Imprints for Therapeutic Practice

Facilitator: Karlton Terry

What to expect:
In this 1.5-hour online workshop, Karlton Terry introduces the concept of the Birth Mask and explores its relevance within therapeutic and developmental frameworks. The session focuses on how early birth-related experiences may be reflected in facial patterning, and how these observations can support clinical understanding, as well as somatic and relational work.

The term Birth Mask refers to patterns observed in the facial structure of newborns that may persist into adulthood. These patterns are understood as reflecting aspects of cranial and facial molding, shaped by mechanical forces and accompanying psycho-emotional experiences during the birth process.

From a clinical perspective, observing such patterns may offer valuable hypotheses about early physiological and psycho-emotional experiences. In infants, this can support attunement and caregiver–infant bonding. In adults, exploring these patterns within a therapeutic context may facilitate reflection on early implicit experiences, supporting processes of integration and self-compassion.

The workshop also introduces the idea that early experiences may become embedded in neurobiological patterns, conceptualized as conditioned or reactive neural responses — sometimes referred to as “hostage-taking neural networks”. These patterns may influence how individuals respond to stress and relational dynamics, often favouring automatic reactions over regulated, reflective responses.

Participants will be invited to explore how awareness of early developmental imprints associated with birth — through the lens of the Birth Mask — can support therapeutic processes aimed at increasing regulation, insight and present-moment awareness.

Objectives

  • Introduce the concept of the Birth Mask and its relevance in therapy
  • Explore how birth-related facial patterns relate to early experiences
  • Highlight the impact of early neurobiological imprints on behaviour and relationships

Learning Outcomes

Participants will be able to:

  • Describe the Birth Mask and its origins
  • Identify facial patterns linked to birth experiences
  • Understand how early imprints influence emotional and relational responses
  • Consider how this knowledge can inform therapeutic practice

*This program is subject to change due to scheduling or organizational reasons.

The Child Within

Facilitator: Cristiana Constantino De Figueiredo Vaz Franco

What to expect:
This experiential workshop offers a practical, safe, and integrative exploration of the relationship between the inner child, early wounds, conscious parenting, and embodied adult life. Participants are invited to recognise how early experiences of attachment, absence, fear, adaptation, or disconnection may continue to manifest through the body, emotions, relational patterns, and the ways we care, love, educate, and protect ourselves.

From a transpersonal perspective, the inner child is approached not merely as a psychological memory, but as a living dimension of human experience — sensitive, intuitive, creative, and often wounded — that continues to seek listening, presence, and integration. When this part is acknowledged and embraced, it becomes possible to transform unconscious patterns and open space for more regulated, compassionate, and embodied ways of relating to oneself, to others, and to life.

The session integrates theoretical framing, gentle somatic practices, conscious breathing, guided meditation, individual reflection, sharing in pairs or small groups, and final integration. It is especially relevant for parents, therapists, facilitators, educators, mental health professionals, and anyone interested in healing early wounds through conscious, body-based, and transpersonal approaches.

From The Spirit To The World – Transforming the poison in the soil from pre and perinatal experiences into medicine of the seed for fulfilling incarnations and lives

Facilitator: Daniela Marisa Medeiros da Cunha Chaves

This workshop will be facilitated in Portuguese.

What to expect:
This workshop invites participants into a deep exploration of the origins of human life, from an integrative and multidimensional perspective. Guided by Daniela Marisa, it will look at how pre- and perinatal experiences, transgenerational inheritance, and early relational imprints shape the way we incarnate, bond, feel, relate, and take our place in the world.

The proposal is rooted in the understanding that life does not begin at birth, but long before: in the invisible field where ancestry, pre-conception, gestation, birth, family systems, body, emotions, psyche, and soul begin to meet and organise themselves. From this perspective, the earliest stages of life are not only biological events, but formative passages that influence our relationship with our parents, the Earth, the Divine, and our own human and spiritual dimensions.

Throughout the workshop, participants will be invited to explore the echoes of different timelines — ancestry, pre-conception, intrauterine life, birth, childhood, and adulthood — and to recognise how patterns of pain, interruption, trauma, and inheritance may continue to express themselves across the body, emotions, mind, and soul.

At the same time, this work opens a path of transformation. By bringing awareness to these early and transgenerational imprints, what once lived as “poison in the soil” can begin to be alchemised into medicine: a deeper resource for healing, conscious parenting, embodied presence, and more fulfilling lives.

Bridging science and spirituality, ancestral wisdom and contemporary therapeutic perspectives, this workshop offers a space to reflect on how individual and family healing can contribute to a broader collective and planetary evolution. It is also an invitation to care for those who are already here, and for those who are yet to come.

Grof® Breathwork is uniquely suited to explore and integrate biographical, perinatal, archetypal, and transpersonal dimensions of experience that are usually inaccessible in ordinary states of consciousness.
Holotropic literally means moving toward wholeness—the wholeness of who we are and who we can become.

Program Structure:

Grof® Breathwork is conducted in a group setting, with participants working in pairs. During each session, participants take turns in the roles of:

  • Breather – engaging in the active breathwork process
  • Sitter – offering attentive, non-interfering support to their partner

Each breathwork session lasts approximately three hours, followed by creative expression and a facilitated sharing circle to support integration.

The two on-site breathwork days follow exactly the same structure and content.
The only difference between the days is the rotation of roles, ensuring that each participant experiences the process once as a breather and once as a sitter.

Burn: Activating and Processing Old Stuck Emotional Wounds through Movement

Facilitator: Robert Zappe

What to expect:
This workshop offers a deep experiential space to access, activate and process old emotional wounds held in the body and cellular memory.

Based on the understanding that many early experiences — especially those rooted in birth and early childhood — are not easily accessible through cognitive or verbal approaches, this practice uses direct and intense physical movement as a pathway. By bypassing mental defences, the body is invited to lead the process, allowing emotions and energetic patterns to emerge, be expressed, processed and integrated in a natural and embodied way.

Throughout the workshop, participants will:

  • access deeper emotional layers in a safe and supported environment
  • experience natural processes of release and internal reorganisation
  • connect with underlying states of love, freedom and vitality beneath difficult experiences
  • learn how emotional release can be integrated into everyday life as part of healthy self-regulation

The session begins with an opening circle to establish a safe and grounded container. This is followed by a preparation phase, including movement practices (such as shaking, stretching and free movement), breathwork, energy activation and the development of self-regulation resources.

The central phase — the Burn — invites participants into a deeper somatic process, supported by continuous and often intense music. With eyes covered, attention turns inward, reducing external distraction and allowing for a more authentic and uninhibited expression.
