This deep and guided experiential workshop invites participants into a profound process of revisiting, healing, and re-writing their birth, pre-birth, conception, and pre-conception imprints.

Participants will:

  • Develop deeper coherence with their own birth and pre-birth memories and recognize how these shape daily life, relationships, and professional paths.
  • Restore inner sovereignty by understanding how early imprints inform beliefs, values, and decision-making.

Sandplay is a simple yet powerful pathway: sand, water, and miniatures — and the psyche becomes image. An invitation to touch pre-verbal and archaic layers while practicing containment, reverence, and trust in the process.

Grof® Breathwork is a transpersonal approach grounded in perennial wisdom traditions and modern consciousness research. Through a combination of accelerated breathing, evocative music, and focused bodywork, participants may enter holotropic states of consciousness, activating innate capacities for healing and integration on physical, psychological, and spiritual levels.

From First Breath to Full Incarnation

This journey focuses on healing early wounds and supporting embodied presence across the lifespan. Grof® Breathwork is uniquely suited to explore and integrate biographical, perinatal, archetypal, and transpersonal dimensions of experience that are usually inaccessible in ordinary states of consciousness.
Holotropic literally means moving toward wholeness—the wholeness of who we are and who we can become.

Program Structure:

Grof® Breathwork is conducted in a group setting, with participants working in pairs. During each session, participants take turns in the roles of:

  • Breather – engaging in the active breathwork process
  • Sitter – offering attentive, non-interfering support to their partner

Each breathwork session lasts approximately three hours, followed by creative expression and a facilitated sharing circle to support integration.

The two on-site breathwork days follow exactly the same structure and content.
The only difference between the days is the rotation of roles, ensuring that each participant experiences the process once as a breather and once as a sitter.

Metaphorical Forest Journey – “Family Patterns”

What to Expect

This workshop is a metaphorical forest journey exploring your life, inner self, and family patterns. Participants will experience four roles—Traveler, Mother, Father, and Self—each with its own meaning and place in life.

Through this journey, in an expanded state of consciousness, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Experience yourself, your inner child, and parental patterns within you
  • Witness transformation and gain insight into internal conflicts
  • Recognize the causes of your doubts and insecurities
  • See your experiences as a path of choices leading toward your true Self

The workshop offers a safe, non-therapeutic space to observe and explore emotions, thoughts, and patterns, activating connection with your inner voice and inner compass.

1. Introduction: Preparing for the Journey

  • Overview of the method and purpose
  • Explanation of the four roles: Traveler, Mother, Father, and Self
  • Grounding and setting intentions

2. The Blindfolded Traveler Experience

  • Embarking on a journey blindfolded to mirror daily life uncertainty
  • Observing emotions, thoughts, and bodily sensations as guidance
  • Encountering challenges that bring unconscious patterns, conflicts, and inner resources to awareness

3. Role Exploration

  • Experiencing each role in turn, observing their influence on life and relationships
  • Identifying family and lineage patterns at the level of awareness
  • Experiencing transformation, revelations, and acceptance of your experience

4. Integration and Reflection

  • Observing the journey as a corridor of choices leading to the true Self
  • Connecting insights with personal life and self-understanding
  • Activating intuitive solutions and inner guidance

5. Closing

  • Grounding from the expanded state of consciousness

Learning to Trust the Body’s Wisdom: Relational Agency and the Sacred Yes and No

What to Expect:
This workshop offers a guided, non-therapeutic exploration of embodied discernment and relational agency. Participants will explore how the body communicates yes, no, and not-yet through sensations of openness, contraction, and neutrality, cultivating trust in the body’s intelligence.

Through individual and relational exercises, you’ll notice how agency emerges in the presence of others and how early relational patterns influence present-moment choices. No personal disclosure or therapeutic work is required. The workshop balances conceptual framing, embodied practice, and reflective integration in a spacious, respectful environment.

1. Introduction: Framing Relational Agency

  • Brief overview of relational agency as a developmental and transpersonal capacity
  • Understanding choice, pacing, and self-trust as embodied phenomena

2. Embodied Discernment Practice

  • Exploring the “sacred yes,” “sacred no,” and “not-yet” as somatic intelligence
  • Sensing internal signals without interpretation, story, or action
