AlmaSoma Instituto de Transpessoal Lda. is not formally an adherent member of any specific ADR entity for all types of disputes. However, you may contact a competent ADR entity for your dispute. For consumer disputes arising from online services provided in Lisbon, one such entity is:
- Centro de Arbitragem de Conflitos de Consumo de Lisboa (CACCL)
- Address: Rua dos Douradores, nº 116 – 2º, 1100-207 Lisboa, Portugal
- Email: juridico@centroarbitragemlisboa.pt / director@centroarbitragemlisboa.pt
- Phone: +351 218 807 030
- Website: http://www.centroarbitragemlisboa.pt
You can consult an updated list of registered ADR entities and obtain more information on the Consumer Portal (Portal do Consumidor) at www.consumidor.gov.pt.
Furthermore, for resolving consumer disputes arising from online contracts, you can use the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform, established by the European Union. This platform is accessible via the following link: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
Please note that resorting to ADR is typically voluntary for the consumer and, unless otherwise agreed, does not prevent the parties from submitting the dispute to a court of law.

The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any amendments will be effective immediately upon posting on the official Symposium website. Participants are encouraged to review the Terms and Conditions periodically.
