Application & Registration Process

Participation requires an Application and Screening process to ensure safety and alignment with the retreat framework.

Please fill out the Online Application & Screening Form available on this page and submit it. After submission, you will be contacted to schedule an individual online screening with Dr. Regina U. Hess NL/PT, EUROTAS Board Member, Retreat Lead Facilitator.

Upon acceptance, registration and payment will be processed through the EUROTAS Portugal Symposium Organizing Committee. You will receive an email with all instructions to complete your registration.

Pre-Requisites

 Participation in the 8th EUROTAS Portugal Symposium (May 22–24, 2026) is mandatory for attendance at this Post-Symposium Retreat.

The retreat builds upon the collective field of wisdom and healing co-created during the Symposium, extending it into a more intimate and experiential setting.

Participation is recommended for an advanced, experienced, and stable audience of interdisciplinary professionals familiar with self-exploration and transpersonal work.

About the Retreat

 Following the profound collective experience of the 8th EUROTAS International Symposium, this two-day immersive retreat invites participants to deepen their journey through the integration of pre- and perinatal imprints within an expanded field of consciousness.

Under the guidance of Dr. Regina U. Hess NL/PT, EUROTAS Board Member, this process-oriented retreat offers a safe and transformative space to embody sacred presence, healing, and incarnation through a trauma-informed transpersonal methodology.

Note: The retreat will be facilitated in English, using language that is accessible to an international audience.
